Terms and Conditions
Last updated: June 10, 2026
These Terms and Conditions govern access to, browsing of and contracting of the services offered through the website eancoda.com (hereinafter, "the Website"). Using the Website and placing any order imply full acceptance of these terms.
1. Owner information
The owner of this website is Digisini LLC, an entity incorporated in the United States that operates the EAN CODA brand. For any communication, you may write to info@eancoda.com or use the website's contact form.
2. Purpose
EAN CODA offers the sale and assignment of EAN/GTIN barcodes used to identify products for sale in physical stores and e-commerce platforms (marketplaces). The codes are delivered digitally via the email address provided by the customer.
3. Ordering process
The customer selects the number of EAN codes they need, provides the required contact details and completes payment. After payment confirmation, the codes are generated and sent automatically to the email address provided, usually within 1 to 5 minutes. Each assigned code is unique and identifies a single product or variant.
4. Prices and payment methods
The applicable prices are those shown at the time of purchase. Payments can be made by credit/debit card. The transaction is carried out through secure payment gateways; EAN CODA does not store full card details.
5. Right of withdrawal
In accordance with consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal does not apply to the supply of digital content not provided on a tangible medium when performance has begun with the consumer's prior express consent and acknowledgement that they thereby lose that right. Since EAN codes are delivered immediately by electronic means, the customer, on making the purchase, expressly consents to immediate delivery and acknowledges that they will not be able to exercise the right of withdrawal once the codes have been delivered.
6. Nature and use of the codes
The EAN codes supplied are valid for identifying products and listing them on the main marketplaces and physical stores. The customer is responsible for assigning each code to a single product and for using them in accordance with the rules of each platform or market. EAN CODA does not guarantee the acceptance of the code by third parties (marketplaces, distributors) where such acceptance depends on policies outside EAN CODA's control.
7. User obligations
The user undertakes to provide truthful information, to make lawful use of the codes and the Website, and not to use them for fraudulent purposes or in infringement of third-party rights.
8. Liability
EAN CODA provides its services with the utmost diligence. However, it shall not be liable for damages arising from improper use of the codes by the customer, from the information provided by the customer, or from incidents attributable to third parties or force majeure.
9. Intellectual property
The contents of the Website (texts, logos, designs) belong to EAN CODA or their legitimate owners and are protected by intellectual and industrial property law. Their reproduction without authorisation is prohibited.
10. Data protection
The processing of personal data is governed by our Privacy policy.
11. Applicable law and jurisdiction
These Terms and Conditions are governed by Spanish law. For the resolution of any dispute, the parties submit to the courts and tribunals applicable under consumer protection regulations.
